Favourite holiday destination?
New York on our own, just myself and my wife Yvonne. Great atmosphere and so much to do. Great food and great clubs too.

Dubai with the kids-great climate, great time zone change for the kids and again, there is so much to do. It is also very safe.

Most memorable holiday?
It is probably my family holidays to Killarney. I loved those trips down to Kerry.

And the worst?
It was the first time in Portugal. My son Jack got the chicken pox, I got the flu and had to fly back early but we went back and bought a house. We love it there.

Are you a swimming trunks or a Speedos kind of guy?
Trunks for sure! Speedos should be banned!

Do you meticulously place your towel on a bed at the pool at night so you can get a sun-spot the next morning?
No! I do not sun bathe at hotel pools! It is not my thing. I prefer to get up and see a city.

Favourite airline?
Virgin or British Airways

Favourite Airport?
Terminal 3 at Heathrow in London

Favourite view?
From the balcony of the Cavelari Hilton in Rome. In a word: incredible.

Your idea of paradise on holiday?
Any beach in Nevis in the Caribbean-where we got married. It was so peaceful.

London, Paris, Dublin, Hong Kong, New York.

Top 5 chill-out towns?
Cape Town, Los Angeles, Nevis, Singapore, The Algarve.
