How to install Winamp skins

Unzip the downloaded skin file to a directory of it's own.  Find your WinAmp directory on your harddisk and locate the skin directory (example "C:\Program Files\WinAmp\Skins\"), then Copy the directory with the new skin to the WinAmp skin directory (example "C:\Program Files\WinAmp\Skins\Ronan\").  Start the WinAmp player, right-click on the top bar and select "Skins". Now your new skin should appear in this sub-menu. This may differ depending on the WinAmp version.
